From a very young age, I felt deeply connected to the unseen. At just 14, I completed my first Reiki energy healing course, instinctively drawn to the world of energy, spirit, and inner balance. In October of 2011, a powerful transformation unfolded—my third eye opened, and with it came vivid visions of my future and a clearer, more awakened understanding of the world. It was a breathtaking and life-changing moment that continues to guide my path.
I believe that all illness originates in the spirit. Disease is not simply a malfunction of the body—it is the soul’s way of asking for attention, a gentle but firm whisper that something within us is out of harmony. Long before symptoms appear, the soul sends subtle messages that we often ignore. When unresolved, these spiritual imprints manifest physically. True healing begins not with the treatment of symptoms, but with uncovering and understanding the deeper causes. When we bring light to the source of imbalance, the body can finally begin its natural journey back to health.
Over the years, I’ve pursued extensive education in healing arts—deepening my understanding of Reiki, Feng Shui, spiritual home cleansing, and other holistic practices. But beyond the certifications, it is my heart that leads the way. Helping others is not just my work—it is my soul’s mission. I find immense joy in holding space for people, guiding them gently back to their true selves.
In 2014, I became a mother to my beautiful son, Preston. His journey has been one of deep teaching for me. Diagnosed with childhood apraxia, he was unable to speak for many years. Yet in that silence, he showed me that true communication does not always require words. His eyes, his smile, the quiet movement of his hands—each was a message from his soul. He reminded me that love speaks the loudest in silence, and that the soul often communicates through the heart, not the voice.
I’ve always seen people differently—not just for who they are, but for who they are becoming. I listen beyond words and pay close attention to the messages of the soul. If you’ve found yourself here, reading this, perhaps your soul is speaking too.
